MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Cambridge, MA is perhaps the most famous and prestigious technology school in the world. And in the MIT area you can find multiple Indian and Pakistani food options! I made a trip recently and explored some of the best for you.

I recently had a paan making adventure that I want to share with you.
My mom was hosting an Eid party in New Jersey where she lives and asked me to make 30 meetha paans! In addition to a lot of kulfi.
I started making paan as a hobby and she actually likes my paan. But I had never made so many at one time before.
(The kulfi was easier, I do that a lot)
I took on the challenge and made a video to share with you.
Along the way I tell you about how I came to be so fascinated with paan in the first place.
For those who don’t know: paan is a South Asian street food / delicacy involving lots of different sweet or savory toppings wrapped in a betel leaf.
Hope you enjoy!

Bright Lights and Bollywood Beats!
I attended the Diwali festival in Times Square On October 28, 2023 — in the heart of New York City. I got to witness a NYC version of the magic of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, in one of the most iconic and bustling places on the planet. It was a great experience, and I’m excited to share it with you.
In this video, you’ll get to see firsthand the cultures and colors that transformed Times Square into a dazzling Desi spectacle. The center of the world was alive with the spirit of Diwali! You’ll see the intricate Rangoli designs, the infectious rhythms of Bollywood music, and the mouthwatering aroma of authentic Indian cuisine.
I enjoyed the stunning Diwali decorations and the incredible music and dance performances. Hope you enjoy!

I love Dishoom for so many reasons. Every time I swing by London I try to have a meal there.
Recently I ordered takeaway for the first time β see my latest vlog episode about it! β¨
Here are just a few reasons I β€οΈDishoom:
1οΈβ£ Mouthwatering Menu π Indulge in a diverse menu that pays homage to the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine. From succulent kebabs to creamy curries, there’s something for every palate. Lamb chops are incredible.
2οΈβ£ Warm Hospitality π€ At Dishoom, you’re not just a guest; you’re family. The warm and welcoming staff make sure your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary. The founder makes sure of it.
3οΈβ£ Daal! The Dishoom black daal is iconic. Head Chef @Navid_Nasir says the quality of daal is the measure of the quality of a kitchen.
4οΈβ£ Iconic Bombay Breakfast π I love to savor the legendary Bombay breakfast at Dishoom. It’s the perfect way to start your day in London.Go for the Parsi Omlette!
5οΈβ£A Taste of Bombay π Step into the enchanting world of Bombay. The vibrant decor and aromatic spices at Dishoom will transport you to the bustling streets of the Subcontinent.
London’s legendary Dishoom is one of my favorite Desi restaurants in the world! Their slogan is “From Bombay With Love” and their food is amazing. They now have multiple locations in the London area.
Whenever I go to London I try to grab a meal there. This time even though I had a reservation at their Carnaby location (in Soho), I unfortunately could not make it, but I still did take out! Let’s see if their takeaway food is just as good as the dine-in meal!
