As the Executive Pastry Chef at Roseate Hotels and Resorts in New Delhi, Chef Anand Panwar designed the much-acclaimed Roasted by Roseate Patisserie and Boulangerie, in Roseate House New Delhi. Prior to that, he worked with The Grand Hyatt, Aman and Marriott hotels. Chef Panwar’s awards include recognition from MOF Chef Stephan’s Trend for Chocolate Showpiece/Display Art. He also received a certificate for Chef Mark Seaman’s Art of Wedding Cake Program. He has worked with Chef Gianluca Fusto, who launched Valrhona Chocolate in India, Master Chef Renae Smith, Australia, and Germany’s Master Baker, Chef Holger.

Amit Puri is an Indian chef, entrepreneur, and cookbook writer. After his training at The Taj Hotel, Mumbai, he got his first job at The Orchid, Mumbai. He has been associated with National and International brands such as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, LMNO_Q, Refinery 091, Afterlife gastropub, Dubai to name a few. In 2022, Amit incepted a cloud kitchen named “The Blue Tiffin” as his entrepreneurial venture in Mumbai which draws inspiration from the heritage of India. Chef Danish Khan is a gold medalist Indian pastry chef. Chef Khan started his stint as a pastry chef with Hotel ITC Maratha, Mumbai and then moved on to work with other brands such as Shababik International, Jeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and JW Marriott. He was the Callebaut Patisserie of the year 2019, a Gold and Silver medalist in South Indian Chef Association(SICA) and World Association of Chefs’ Society(WACS).

Manjit Gill is an Indian chef of Punjabi origin. He is currently serving as the President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations. He is also one of the corporate chefs for ITC Hotels. He was awarded the Escoffier Medal. Chef Manjit Gill has authored books titled ‘Eating Wisely & Well’ published by Penguin India, Indian Spa Cuisine published by RoliBooks and Fire/Water/Earth/Air/Ether – Secrets of Indian Gastronomy, in 2012. Felicitated with several prestigious accolades, Chef Gill’s contribution to the culinary world has been recognized in India and abroad. In 1982, it was the face of Chef Manjit Gill that launched the first TV show on Indian food on Doordarshan in India, bringing culinary art to Indian homes of various regions.
