Rohit Gambhir, based in Delhi, India, is currently an Executive Chef at The Oberoi, New Delhi. He has previously worked at the Trident Bandra Kurla and The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh, Red Sea – Egypt. Rohit Gambhir holds a 1993 – 1996 Diploma in Food Production.
